I completed Crossing Cultures with Competence (CCwC), adding a structured intercultural training methodology to decades of international professional experience and sixteen years living and working in Asia.
I’m an intercultural trainer and cross-cultural facilitator whose career spans education, global mobility, language services, consulting, and training. I grew up in Spain and later spent sixteen years living and working in Japan and China, so cultural adaptation is both a professional field and lived experience for me.
My work has included training international educators, supporting expatriates and families through relocation, working across multicultural teams, and facilitating high-stakes communication in medical, immigration, business, education, public-sector, and international event settings.
I combine structured intercultural frameworks with guided reflection, practical examples, and real scenarios so participants leave with ideas they can actually use.
